Coachella Festival …! It is the annual meeting of all the biggest names in music! This is the Woodstock of the 2000s! In the middle of the desert, in California, the Coachella Festival now attracts 150 000 to 250 000 visitors during its annual stretching over two consecutive weekends.

This festival has existed since 1999. In the beginning, it already gathered 25,000 people. Today is an annual international event that has become the key event of the biggest stars and attracts spectators from around the world. More and more Europeans, especially French and Belgian, travel each year at the Coachella Festival. In 2015, the Belgian singer Stromae was honored.

Today Coachella Festival is the world musical event not to be missed. But it is not just a music festival …! Everything is provided for that spectators can camp on site: free showers, toilets, electricity, internet café with WiFi, … You can even find all the necessary camping: sleeping bag and tent he simply book in advance. There are other places to stay in offsite (campsites, hotels …). Think however to book early enough as seats go quickly for this exceptional event!

You will also find grocery stores, farmers markets, interactive art studios and even a roller skating rink. The various festival sites are real small villages created especially for the event.

Over the years, Coachella Festival has turned into a genuine cultural phenomenon, combining music and gastronomy worldwide. You will also see artists come to present their creations. Finally, Coachella Festival is also a fully integrated clothing style in the concept of the festival, which is renewed every year not to mention cowboy boots, shorts tall feathers, fringes, all reminiscent of hippie chic style 70’s.
