CLSC. (formerly Intermed Clinic) was founded in 1989 by Jean-Claude Bourque, MD and daughter Chantal Bourque-Bray, MHSA. Dr. Bourque has been serving patients in South Florida for over thirty years.

Our ultra modern facilities are ideally located in the counties of Broward and Palm Beach. In all three sites, there are four doctors and four certified physician assistants.
