Felix is located on the corner of West Broadway and Grand Street in downtown Soho (short for “South of Houston”). This neighborhood is known primarily for historical cast iron buildings, immense lofts, and an art scene that has since dwindled to a few choice galleries. Now with such high-profile stores as Prada, Coach, DKNY and Polo, and celebrity havens as the Soho Grand Hotel, and the Mercer, it has become more of a hip destination for the discerning traveller. Yet despite the hype, and because of its laid-back attitude, the area has retained an air of quiet intimacy and friendly welcome.
