Each of our dishes are created using only the freshest and finest local organic products. Our chickens are grown by Amish, and we pick our meat from only naturally raised oxen, calves and lambs. We prepare our fresh seafood and vegetables and cook our breads and pastries every day.

Executive chef Yannick Cam opened the Bistro Provence in the spring of 2010 with a vision to create the most beautiful culinary experience in Bethesda. By infusing each creation with a passion for perfection, Yannick creates every dish from scratch with only the freshest ingredients.
