Saveurs 209, is a family endeavor, with Parisian natives Sylvain and Sylvie Nykiel, working in the front of the house, and their daughter, Caitline, running the kitchen.

Her confident dishes deftly combine ingredients in ways that thrill and surprise, yet make complete sense.

The menu frequently changes, so repeat visits offer opportunities to try Caitline Nykiel’s creativity and high-level dishes.
